Ontra is seeking a reporting to our
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving revenue growth of the sales team, through the responsibility of sales reporting/analytics and support on data-driven initiatives within our sales organization. You will work cross functionally in order to improve our GTM Sales Process and utilize reports to measure performance and set goals for the sales team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking the initiative to look at data in a different way and working with a growing team to create consistency and efficiency within a sales process at a hyperscaling company!

  • Continuously work with sales leadership to develop a data driven Territory and Quota allocation process.
  • Handle one-off requests on different sales metrics and general data within our CRM and broader tech-stack
  • Proactively analyze different datasets with the goal of finding ways to improve our sales process and impact revenue generation
  • : Review sales activity and create/measure goals across different sales team segments
  • Find areas within our sales process that can be automated in order to free up selling time and reduce data entry responsibilities
  • Measure KPIs on a monthly basis with respect to month over month growth or decline, including visualizations
  • Use historical data to forecast accurate sales performance



  • 2+ years of sales operations/strategy experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (Lightning), i.e., process builder, flows, custom reporting, dynamic filtering and dashboard creation and other GTM Tools such as Outreach and Gong
  • : You possess a deep understanding of the sales process, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven sales strategy as it relates to B2B Sales
  • Capable of diving deep into datasets and drawing actionable insights from them, especially as it pertains to Quota planning and Territory Optimization. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets; experience working with unstructured data and translating them into workable models (SQL and Snowflake a plus)
  • Able to coherently express findings and why they are important to the business
  • Take the initiative to examine data in different ways and test different data-driven strategies based on quality hypotheses and intellectual curiosity



Ontra considers candidate location and experience when evaluating compensation levels. Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as variable compensation, which is not included in the base pay range below. Base pay range
$68,000 - $102,000 USD
