Description

We are looking for a Regional Director, Total Rewards to drive the strategic compensation and benefits agenda for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This high-impact role requires a strong business mindset, deep expertise in compensation strategy and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As a key partner to GTM leadership, you will ensure our rewards programs are competitive, performance-driven and aligned with our global business goals. You will play a pivotal role in compensation planning, executive and sales compensation, benchmarking and equity strategy; shaping programs that attract, retain and engage top talent worldwide.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.



About The Role

  • Strategic Total Rewards Leadership – Own and shape the total rewards strategy for the GTM organization, aligning compensation and benefits with business objectives and market trends
  • Executive & Sales Compensation – Partner with GTM leadership to design and implement competitive, high-impact incentive programs that drive performance and revenue growth
  • Global Market Insights & Benchmarking – Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging market data to ensure we offer best-in-class compensation and rewards
  • Equity & Long-Term Incentives – Optimize and manage equity programs, ensuring alignment with retention and talent strategies
  • Compensation Planning & Budgeting – Lead compensation cycles, collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure data-driven, budget-conscious decision-making
  • Influence & Advise Senior Leaders – Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, providing expert guidance on compensation decisions, talent retention, and pay-for-performance culture
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance – Ensure total rewards programs comply with global regulations while maintaining efficiency, fairness, and scalability



Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on global compensation strategy
  • Experience partnering with GTM organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in a high-growth, global company
  • Proven track record in executive compensation, sales incentives, and equity program design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic decision-making
  • Experience in global benchmarking, pay equity, and compensation governance
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for building high-impact, scalable rewards programs

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $175,000-$200,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
