Description

The Regional Director of Talent Acquisition will spearhead our talent strategy in North America and Latin America. This leader will play a critical role in driving organizational growth in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions. Based primarily in New York, this visionary and results-oriented leader will not only oversee recruitment efforts across key locations—New York, Denver, and São Paulo—but also implement innovative strategies that optimize recruitment pipelines, enhance operational efficiency, and consistently deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.



About The Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for GTM and business operations domains across the region, aligned with Monday’s business goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to forecast hiring needs, set priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of leaders, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Monday’s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to create seamless and impactful interview processes for GTM roles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to elevate Monday’s employer brand across North America and Latin America, positioning us as a top destination for GTM talent.
  • Represent Monday at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs to engage and attract exceptional talent.
  • Partner with People, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure workforce plans are effectively executed.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment innovations.
  • Drive DEI initiatives in hiring processes to build a workforce that mirrors the diverse communities we serve.
  • Set measurable DEI hiring goals and track progress.



Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years leading 2+ talent acquisition teams, including for GTM functions, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the talent landscape in North America, particularly for GTM roles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, forecast hiring needs, and present actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.

Please note this a hybrid role working 3 days/week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $200,000 - $230,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
