This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Product Strategy and Analytics Manager with strong communications and cross-functional skills to join our team. They will perform product roadmap ROI analysis, establish business frameworks, and build business cases to drive planning and execution across prioritized initiatives, define and track key product and business success metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate understands development cycles, has great business acumen and is capable of crafting compelling presentations that communicate insights to the leadership team. 
 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Data Analytics and ROI Modeling: Build business cases for product roadmaps and track ROI

  • Program/Project Management: Lead small or large-scale program/project of strategic initiatives.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product leaders and engineering leaders and other cross-functional team to align priorities and gather insights 

  • Operational and Process Efficiency: Create operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the organization

  • Technical Knowledge: Experience working with product and engineering teams and have knowledge in technical Infrastructure in Cloud, Enterprise, or Business-to-Business (B2B) Businesses.

  • Presentation Development: Build clear, visually compelling slides and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify data gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities and propose solutions to optimize strategies

Desired Qualifications:

Education/Experience: MBA or equivalent strategic business education 5 years of experience in management consulting 

Technical Skills: Background in data analytics and proficient in Excel modeling and analytics; Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.

Presentation Design: Skilled in PowerPoint or similar tools for creating professional, visually appealing slides.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis and deliverables.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to interpret data within a business context and translate insights into actionable strategies.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $110,600 and $158,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
