We’re on a mission to transform the way software companies approach payments, and we’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.


About the Role: As the Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, Implementation and Developer teams. Your mission will be to craft compelling product marketing strategies and campaigns that attract vertical SaaS businesses, drive awareness, and contribute to the adoption of Payabli’s solutions.


You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our products to our customers, ensuring successful product launches, and helping shape the narrative around Payabli’s innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Work with Marketing and Product teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute product marketing campaigns that resonate with vertical SaaS businesses
  • Product Collateral: Develop compelling product marketing collateral, including one-pagers, brochures,  battle cards, and presentations, to support Product, Sales, and Implementation teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-impact decks and resources tailored for the Sales team to effectively communicate Payabli’s value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Product Launches: Partner with the Product team, developers, and documentation team to ensure seamless and impactful product launches, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer Enablement: Create key resources and collateral that help customers and their end users understand and maximize the value of Payabli’s solutions to drive payment adoption.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content, including product blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and more to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developer and documentation teams to understand product functionality and features, ensuring marketing materials are aligned, technically accurate and impactful.
  • Develop Strategic Positioning, Messaging, and Packaging: Further develop and define our target audience, highlight our unique value and differentiation, and craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate.
  • Market Insights: Research and analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience creating compelling marketing content.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced startup environments, with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-first mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer pain points.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Bonus Points For:
  • Experience marketing in payments/fintech.
  • Familiarity with payment infrastructure or embedded payments.
  • Experience working with product, sales, developers, and technical documentation teams.
