We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing Product and Customer Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels collaborating cross-functionally. You will work frequently with teams including product development, sales, and customer success to support consistent messaging and positioning of our full portfolio of solutions and services. This role will support product launch execution, ongoing release communication and customer adoption, market positioning, and revenue growth through marketing campaign support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Messaging: Support new content development and maintain compelling content that substantiates our value proposition and supports effective commercial conversations. This includes creating and updating case studies, data sheets, competitive comparisons, battle cards, and materials for roadmap discussions. You will also version content to support audience-specific messaging.
  • Product Launch Support: Coordinate and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate marketing channels. Collaborate across marketing, product development and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Market Research: Support market research on the competitive landscape to support new opportunities and existing market positioning against key competitors. Utilize this data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop training materials and sales tools that effectively communicate product benefits and features. Assist in preparing market and competitive insights through presentations and reports.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Define, measure, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics of launch-related efforts to optimize program performance.
  • Proof Point Library Management: Collaborate with PMM colleagues to gather and maintain a central repository of proof points, such as customer testimonials and product-driven metrics, to support and substantiate our product messaging.
  • Advocacy: Work closely with Customer Marketing to ensure we have a well-rounded base of customer references who can speak to our complete portfolio of solutions and services. This may include support for reference recruitment and vetting. 
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of foundational launch frameworks and product marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product life cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives across different audiences and markets.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Salary Range: $70,000 - 75,000k/yr
