About the Product Manager Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join the Stairwell team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience, in complex, data heavy products, who is eager to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help define and deliver innovative security solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Help define product features, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Assist in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product improvements.

Product Manager Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates with experience in complex, data-heavy products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Security experience is not required

Additional Information: Minimum Salary of $150,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits.
