Product Manager, Reporting

We're on a mission to shake up the status quo, and we're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. As a Product Manager, Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform’s user experience and driving product success.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the development of reporting tools, including Campaign Reporting, Enterprise Dashboard, and Custom Reporting, to help customers analyze & optimize their influencer marketing programs.

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to develop scalable and user-friendly reporting features.

  • Collaborate with data-focused stakeholders to integrate various data sources into the reporting ecosystem.

  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of reporting tools.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.

  • Present product updates and insights to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication of product vision and goals.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the reporting or data visualization domain.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Range: CA$145K - CA$155K
