As the product manager for Enterprise Connectors, you will be responsible for the Enterprise Connector Bundle product. You will work closely with the Senior PM for Enterprise and the entire company to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product critical to Airbyte's success. Airbyte’s Enterprise product suite is essential for the successful monetization of our ubiquitous Open Source and Cloud products. A key part of this suite is the data movement product for Enterprise Connectors, which allow extracting data from or loading data to products prevalent among larger Enterprise customers.


  • Work backwards from customer conversations to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Connectors
  • Lead product pricing strategy in collaboration with the Senior PM for Enterprise
  • Drive positioning and messaging with Product Marketing & Partnerships
  • Collaborate with our Engineering teams on product technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Support and Sales on both feedback and enablement

  • 2+ years of experience of product management in startups or scale-ups
  • Has experience with technical products used by developers or data engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives on ambiguity by focusing on commercial outcomes
  • Strong bias to action and excellent teamwork skills
  • Comfortable communicating with users and buyers at Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

What We Do

We want to become the data integration (ELT, reverse-ETL, event streaming, etc.) standard that most companies use in the future. This implies that our open-source technology will support both ingestion to warehouses from any tool, database or SaaS, and distribution of data to any SaaS tools.

On top of that, we will build data quality monitoring, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise features (role access/management, SSO, etc.).

You should be able to build your own ELT platform internally, while having complete control over your data and costs (not indexed on MTUs). If any integration that you need is missing, we will make it super easy for you to build it and to use our orchestration and scheduling features for it.

We will stay at parity with the incumbent’s features (Fivetran, StitchData) at first (see our [high-level roadmap](https://go.airbyte.com/roadmap)), as our differentiation is on:

- open source, enabling you to add your own integration very easily and customize any pre-built one;
- data privacy and control; and
- volume-based pricing
