The Opportunity:

Palmstreet is looking for a Product Manager to join the team. As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in evolving Palmstreet into the ultimate online shopping avenue, known as the “online main street” of the world. Your mission will be to enhance the supply side of our platform, focusing on making Palmstreet a vibrant marketplace that hosts many unique products and exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

Operational Simplification for Sellers:

  • Facilitate handling hundreds of products in each live stream, ensuring easy listing and selling processes.

  • Streamline seller operations to efficiently manage numerous customer interactions weekly.

  • Simplify shipping and accounting processes for sellers, enhancing their operational efficiency.

Trust Enhancement for Buyers:

  • Optimizing interactive checkout and payment flows

  • Managing payment gateways and secure transactions

  • Create superior shipping and delivery experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, preferably within the US or Canada.

Deep understanding of e-commerce logistics challenges.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Your Location:

Remote - Anywhere in the US, close to Menlo Park headquarters preferred

Travel: Twice a year for team building events; 3-5 days for each event

Compensation:

Pay Range:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 USD

  • Stock options negotiable

The pay range for this role is determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and current market data. This specific compensation estimate is based on the ranges for Tier 2 locations (e.g. Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin). Compensation ranges may be modified in the future to adjust for updated market data.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes:
