As our E-Commerce Product Manager in Estonia, you will optimize Selkirk Sport’s online store to improve product discoverability, enhance conversion rates, and maximize average order value (AOV). You will own merchandising strategies, product placement, and site optimizations that align with customer behavior insights and business goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Merchandising & Site Optimization

  • Manage collection pages, category structures, and filtering options to enhance product discoverability.
  • Optimize upsells, cross-sells, and product bundles to increase AOV.
  • Ensure all product detail pages (PDPs) have compelling and accurate descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
  • Track best-selling and underperforming SKUs to adjust product placement and lifecycle strategies.

2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Monitor key site performance metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests on PDPs, collection pages, and CTAs to refine site elements.
  • Use heatmaps and session recordings to identify friction points and improve user experience (UX).
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement UX/UI improvements based on data insights.

3. Landing Pages & Promotions

  • Own the strategy and execution of landing pages for product launches, seasonal sales, and gift guides.
  • Manage website banners, weblayers, and promo placements to maximize engagement.
  • Optimize promotional messaging, CTA placements, and offer structures to drive sales.

4. Product Discovery & Navigation Enhancements

  • Improve site search functionality and filtering options for a seamless browsing experience.
  • Update homepage and collection merchandising based on market trends, customer behavior, and new product launches.

5. Customer Journey & Personalization

  • Implement AI-driven product recommendations to personalize the shopping experience.
  • Develop merchandising strategies tailored to new vs. returning customers to maximize retention.

6. Tech Stack & Tool Management

  • Own and optimize the Shopify Plus merchandising experience.
  • Leverage tools like Kno, Triple Whale, and GA4 to analyze customer behavior and adjust merchandising strategies.
  • Manage and enhance product recommendation engines and AI-driven merchandising tools.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the ads and creative teams to ensure site merchandising aligns with top-performing ad creatives.
  • Support customer service insights by updating PDP content to address common FAQs and customer objections.

  • E-Commerce Expert: You have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, CRO, or a related field.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You love analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive optimizations.
  • Customer-Centric Thinker: You understand how shoppers navigate online stores and can craft seamless, engaging experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy Operator: You have hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, GA4, and merchandising tools like AI-driven product recommendations.
  • Collaborative & Agile: You thrive in a cross-functional environment and can adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
