We’re looking for an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Operations Manager, Wata and works out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. Candidates must be available to work 7AM-3:30PM (AM shift).
What You’ll Do:
- Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
- Match, count, and check items.
- Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
- Enter items and print stickers.
- Sort all orders by return carrier service.
- Verify order correctness and completeness.
- Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
- Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
Who You Are:
- You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
- You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- You have a strong customer/client-focused mindset.
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
- Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
- Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
- Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.
- Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Hourly Rate:
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
