eBay Processor Temp

We’re looking for an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Operations Manager, eBay and works out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. Candidates must be available to work 6AM-2:30PM (AM shift).

What You’ll Do:

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Sort all orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.

• You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have a strong customer/client-focused mindset.
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Frequent hand use including but not limited to regularly lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.

Hourly Rate: 

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
