About the Role:

Report directly to the Head of Payment Operations to manage strategic Partners including financial institutions, processors, card networks and other operations partners.

You Will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to drive progress towards key initiatives. 
  • Manage daily interaction with financial institutions, processor, and card network partnerships, focusing on execution of joint initiatives and finding new opportunities within existing partnerships. 
  • Manage third-party vendors that will facilitate verification and authentication of merchant and transactional data.
  • Measure, track, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with risk and compliance, financial partnrships, business development, and sales to execute partner strategy.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to assist internal teams with advisory services. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Product: Liaise with the Product team to enable features/functionality in conjunction with card networks, third-party vendors and processors.
  • Legal and Compliance: Work cross-functionally to implement solutions that ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

You Are:

You Have:

  • At least 5 years experience in the payments industry with extensive business, financial, and technological acumen in the space.
  • Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated.
  • Prior experience in a payment facilitator or processor is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $110,000/yr to $140,000/yr + equity + benefits


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
