We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our RevOps team and play a key role in managing marketing technology, automation, lead lifecycle, attribution, and reporting for Aplos, as well as our sister products, Raisely and Keela.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and be responsible for managing our marketing technology, automation, lead lifecycle, attribution, and reporting to drive efficiency and revenue impact. You will play a critical role in unifying the marketing strategies and tools across our three brands, ensuring alignment and smooth integration to optimize marketing performance You will work closely with Demand Gen, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth lead flow and optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Tech Stack & Automation:

  • Own and manage tools like HubSpot, Clearbit and other MarTech tools
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and automation workflows
  • Ensure proper integration of MarTech systems with CRM and analytics platforms

Lead Management & Revenue Operations:

  • Define and optimize lead lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, SAL, etc.)
  • Work with RevOps to ensure seamless lead handoff between Marketing and Sales
  • Improve lead scoring models to enhance conversion rates

List & Campaign Management:

  • Oversee segmentation strategies to ensure proper audience targeting across campaigns
  • Manage email list hygiene, audience segmentation, and data deduplication
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring correct list pulls, exclusions, and compliance
  • Implement best practices for campaign tracking (UTMs, lead source attribution)

Performance Tracking & Attribution:

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Set up multi-touch attribution and campaign tracking for accurate ROI measurement
  • Analyze funnel performance and provide insights for improvement

Data Governance & Process Optimization:

  • Ensure data cleanliness and standardization across marketing and sales systems
  • Optimize email deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Implement campaign tracking best practices for accurate reporting

Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Partner with Demand Gen, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to improve marketing efficiency
  • Drive experimentation and testing strategies across marketing programs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience within B2B SaaS companies
  • Deep understanding and experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and more
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce for marketing & lead management and driving multi-touch attribution
  • Experience using reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Metabase, and Funnel.io.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by your experience with lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and database management.
  • Comfortable managing complex campaign tracking, including UTMs and lead source attribution, while ensuring data hygiene to optimize marketing efforts.
  • You're highly data-driven and strategic
  • You thrive in cross-functional collaboration
  • You excel in working with Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to optimize lead flow and conversions across the organization.
  • You’re familiar with ABM and paid ad campaigns
  • You understand the nuances of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and are experienced in tracking paid ad campaigns, helping to drive performance and support revenue growth.

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: Pay range depends on location and is $110,000 - $125,000 USD. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
  • Remote work & leave: We’re a remote-first company. We also have generous PTO plans (unlimited PTO, volunteer time off, plus an office closure from Christmas to New Year’s Day!) and
    support paid parental leave (12 weeks).
  • Location: Fully remote, but must reside in one of the following U.S. states or Canadian provinces: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, MD, MA, MN, NC, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario
