About the role

The Marketing Manager will assist with strategic marketing initiatives, from campaign development to execution and analysis, across PR, product marketing, events, and customer marketing, ensuring measurable results. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this position offers an exciting opportunity for significant ownership and leadership in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign development.
  • Manage content creation, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and email marketing.
  • Oversee social media strategy to enhance engagement and community building.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors.
  • Drive customer-focused initiatives that align with brand messaging and value propositions.

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $80,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered.
