The Zero Trust team is looking for a to test and debug our Zero Trust client on physical devices similar to our customers' devices and infrastructure. You will be working with and, which are network and security-focused applications that enable secure communications between our customers' devices and their private infrastructure.
As a Manual Test Engineer, you will . You will regularly set up,. You will collaborate closely with WARP client development teams and QA Engineers to understand all features and define and refine product test strategies. Your responsibilities will include , efficiently setting them up and configuring them to test various scenarios, and reporting quality status to all stakeholders.

We expect you to be familiar with and understand how data is routed to public and private cloud environments. Your passion for understanding how services work will be crucial in debugging issues at all levels. Additionally, you should be adept at distilling complex scenarios into actionable bug reports and working towards resolution with development, product, and QA team members.

  • Proficiency with running ,and preparing test data for reporting
  • Experience setting up and maintaining
  • Experience using one or more (MDMs)
  • Can interpret Python code to understand automated tests and framework capabilities
  • Experience with how mobile devices handle switching between cellular and Wi-Fi, roaming, throttling, etc



Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $121,000 - $147,000
  • For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of: $144,000 - $176,000
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $151,000 - $185,000
