Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for CAS teams to ensure adherence to project management best practices. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance project management skills • Provide hands-on and ongoing support and guidance to team members, with a special emphasis on newly onboarded associates and clients. • Act as a project management mentor to CAS teams, offering guidance and advice to support personal and professional growth. • Facilitate regular check-ins and one-on-one meetings to address concerns, provide feedback, and serve as a resource for project management strategies. • Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that inspires motivation and team cohesion around excellent project management. • Implement robust monitoring systems to track project management performance at overall, team, and individual levels. • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly. • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely financial services through hands-on training, mentoring, and proactive monitoring.
Qualifications:
• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent. • Certified in Project Management (PMP, ACP, CAPM, CPM) is preferred. • Five+ years of job-related experience in job level project management with special emphasis on experienced around budget, key milestones, project deadlines, and client service outcomes. • Proven track record of effectively training and mentoring teams, preferably within a service-based field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels. • Proven experience in client relationship management, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client partnerships. • Working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and terminology. • Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools, with special emphasis on data extraction and analysis. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in adult learning principles and techniques, with a focus on developing and delivering effective training programs, preferred.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $97,000 to $130,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
