About the role:

This role will oversee the ITPG areas continuous improvement, analytics, and business operations, and directly contribute to shaping the direction of our growth and positioning the IT and Enterprise Engineering, Planning and Governance group to scale successfully, as well as fill important gaps in the business as they arise. This role will support ITPG, Enterprise Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and IT Infrastructure as a shared function.
Responsibilities:
- People Management:
- Oversee a team of Analysts and provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Identify and develop the skills and talents of team members to ensure they can achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment that motivates and engages team members.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the team and across the organization.
- Analytics and Performance Management:
- As a shared function for the CIO group the Analytics Team will be responsible for Metrics & Reporting and to establish consistent reporting structures for ITPG, as well as other groups within the CIO organization.
- Lead delivery of digitized core business capabilities, such as IT wide resource planning, and performance management framework (KPIs, OKRs, scorecards).
- Lead the development and implementation of performance metrics for the IT department.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate performance data to senior leadership.
- Partner with business leaders to align IT performance with overall business objectives.
- Ensure scalability through automation efforts by developing reporting and performing analyses to drive effective process improvement throughout the IT Governance and Planning process.
- Identify opportunities to centralize, streamline, standardize, and automate business processes, and analyze key drivers for optimization to increase productivity.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and resource capacity planning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
