As a Learning Architect, you will design and deliver engaging learning solutions to support employees at all stages, from early-in-career to manager development. This role plays a critical part in enabling employees to build skills that drive business success, ensuring that learning programs are accessible, effective, and aligned with Lyft’s values and priorities. Your primary audience will be people managers, with a focus on new and early-in-career people managers. Secondarily, you’ll also develop and deliver learning programs and experiences for individual contributors.

Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Design: Develop moderately complex learning programs and initiatives aligned to Lyft’s values and priorities, ensuring they are engaging and accessible.
- Content Development & Curation: Create or curate relevant learning content. Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is highly relevant and enables better performance and outcomes.
- Program Delivery: Manage the delivery of multiple programs and learning initiatives, balancing competing priorities with minimal guidance. Adjust timelines and approaches as needed to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: Partner with team members, managers, leaders, and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with business needs and priorities.
- Assessment & Feedback: Design assessments to measure the impact of learning programs. Collect and analyze feedback to make data-driven improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on learning design trends, contribute to new ideas, and explore emerging learning technologies that could enhance future programs.
Experience:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in learning design, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong instructional design skills with an understanding of adult learning principles.
- Ability to develop and curate engaging learning materials, including short-form and interactive content.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams, with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed.
- Able to manage moderately complex and ambiguous projects independently, delivering high-quality results that meet agreed-upon outcomes.
- Clear and concise communicator, capable of presenting ideas effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Mindset:
- Curiosity and passion for continuous learning, with a self-directed interest to explore learning trends and innovations.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $84,000 - $105,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
