Databricks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Partner Technical Enablement to lead our efforts in designing and implementing technical enablement programs that enable delivery partners globally. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of a comprehensive technical enablement strategy that empowers our global partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to adopt, implement, and deliver services for Databricks products and solutions. You will work cross-functionally with the partner team, strategy, operations, training curriculum, training delivery and marketing ensure the Databricks ecosystem partners have the technical expertise to support our offerings. This role will focus on deeply enabling our entire channel ecosystem including global and regional SI partners, cloud partners and ISVs.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop and execute a global partner technical enablement strategy aligned with Databricks partner business objectives.
  • Design and deliver scalable technical training programs, certification paths, and delivery readiness enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with training curriculum and delivery teams to resource compelling, up-to-date technical content.
  • Establish best practices for partner onboarding, ongoing education, and skill development.
  • Leverage learning platforms, webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs to enhance technical competencies.
  • Work closely with sales and channel teams to ensure the right partners are technically equipped to drive customer success.
  • Track and analyze the impact of technical enablement initiatives through well defined OKRs and partner feedback.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve enablement programs.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical enablement and/or consulting for partners
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing and scaling successful enablement programs in a global, enterprise-level organization
  • Ability to build strategy and execute simultaneously under tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Strong leadership experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and leading global initiatives.
  • Deep technical expertise in Data and AI and cloud computing
  • Experience in building and executing scalable learning and development programs.
