The summary above was generated by AI

Use your technical expertise to build custom growth infrastructure, focusing on creative and unique automations that drive growth. You won’t be confined to traditional A/B testing or integrating tools in our stack—instead, you’ll design and run technical experiments that are directly connected to our product and scale our growth efforts in innovative ways.

What You'll Do

  • Platform Automation: CRM and data platform hygiene is critical for scaling up and great system design is the foundation of this. We shouldn't have SDRs and AEs constantly moving around lists between Apollo, Attio, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Collect Signals: Iterate on our existing signal stack to drive insights into our CRM to surface leads + opportunities based on scrapers, open data, LI engagement, newsletters, ads, web visitors, etc.

What You’re Good At

  • Working insanely hard. You make things happen.

  • Working with web systems (APIs, webhooks), back-end systems building (TypeScript, Node), Cloud Infra (GCP), and building crawlers / scrapers

  • Working with CRMs (Attio, Salesforce), Data Enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo), Email sequencing / automation tooling, and Ads platforms

About You

  • Scrappy: you take the fastest path to the best answer, without being told what to do.

  • High-Intensity: did I already mention that you should like working really hard?

  • Systems-Thinker: you think in terms of abstractions and love to play Tetris with data
