We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering & Platform team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to develop top-tier infrastructure that supports data initiatives across the company. This strategic, high-impact position will also play a key role in shaping the future of Snowflake products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, and maintain core data models and infrastructure to manage data and usage across our Snowflake account, with a focus on GTM initiatives.

Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality monitoring system, including source-to-target data validations and anomaly detection.
-
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and IT teams to inform product decisions with data insights and identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data governance requirements and ensure data integrity.

Create and maintain dashboards for IT Leadership to monitor system performance and availability.
-
Provide data-driven insights for executive team reporting, publications, and industry reports.
-
Think creatively to devise optimal solutions for complex, unstructured, and ambiguous problems.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

5+ years of experience, including:
-
Sales and Marketing domain expertise (must have)
-
Designing and building complex data pipelines in large-scale data environments
-
Experience with Sales and Marketing application integrations
-
Familiarity with developing data products to drive data science and machine learning initiatives, particularly in the Sales and Marketing space
-
Proven track record of using big data to drive business impact
-
Experience using Snowflake is a plus

Educational Background:
-
BS in a technical field (Computer Science, Physics, Math, etc.); MS/PhD is a plus.

Technical Skills:
-
Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
-
Ability to clearly present findings to business leaders and technical stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
