About the role: 

As a Growth Lead, you will develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns while actively engaging and closing high-value small business leads. This is a hybrid role, blending strategic marketing execution with high-touch sales engagement to expand our customer base among boutique venues, consultants, and creatives - key segments that represent significant growth opportunities for HoneyBook.

This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).

You Will:Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value small businesses 
  • Partner with marketing to craft personalized outreach strategies using email, content, direct mail, events, and paid media.
  • Build targeted lead lists using CRM data, intent signals, and industry insights.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and optimize targeting strategies.

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Engage and nurture warm leads through a high-touch consultative sales approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their business needs and positioning HoneyBook as the ideal solution.
  • Own the sales process for warm prospects, moving them from consideration to conversion.
  • Track and optimize performance using CRM, sales enablement tools, and data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Provide insights to product teams about small business needs, helping shape feature development and future GTM strategies.

You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, sales, or revenue-focused roles (B2B SaaS or SMB experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of ABM execution and closing high-value leads in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of small business customer psychology and their decision-making process.
  • Experience using CRM & sales enablement tools 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills—you can build trust and convey value with ease.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where agility and iteration drive success.
