Qualys is seeking a global Talent Acquisition Leader to enhance its workforce with exceptional professionals as the organization expands across numerous countries. This individual will be responsible for building a world-class recruitment team, developing scalable hiring strategies, attracting top talent, and improving the overall candidate experience.
 
 The Talent Acquisition Leader will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and will refine existing processes throughout the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, executing the company’s talent strategy. Collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders, the ideal candidate will leverage data to cultivate talent pools, elevate brand visibility to draw in new talent, and ensure a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy to facilitate the company’s growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a history of partnering effectively with leadership teams
  • Collaborate with executives to assess business needs and formulate targeted hiring plans to strengthen our global footprint.
  • Identify and recruit high-caliber professionals to join our rapidly expanding organization.
  • Coach and develop team for a data driven approach, leading with KPI framework. 
  • Implement sourcing strategies, executive recruiting, including direct outreach, employee referrals, and employer branding.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in hiring. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Over 15 years of full-cycle establishing, scaling, and managing recruitment processes in a high-growth startup or global technology setting including India.
  • Possesses robust consultancy skills, capable of managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Workday experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.  
  • Experience rolling out manager training and compliance programs globally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executive team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness, resilience, and adaptability.
