The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to lead key workstreams in engagements, staying updated on current trends, and contributing to team knowledge capital. As a Manager you are expected to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality, leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-quality models using statistical and machine learning techniques, and leading initiatives involving AI technologies such as neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and advanced learning algorithms.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Engineering preferred
- Leading key workstreams and staying updated on trends
- Proficiency in designing and deploying production-quality models
- Creating and enhancing custom ML scorecards
- Leading initiatives involving AI technologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and database management
- Utilizing machine learning models and techniques

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
