About The Role
Mochi is seeking an experienced and highly effective executive assistant to join the team here in San Francisco, supporting a young Silicon Valley CEO in the day to day operations of a company. You will manage communications, scheduling, and note taking on behalf of the CEO. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are driven by excellence and a passion for health care. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, and travel. What You’ll Do
- Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
- Amplify the impact of the CEO, by seeing the bigger picture, driving new initiatives, and proactively solving challenges before they occur
- Manage external relationships, including press, partners, customers, and other influencers
- Handle logistic and administrative tasks, including scheduling, booking travel, event planning, managing expenses and budgets, and more!
- Coordinate meetings including off-sites, staff meetings, and all-hands including attendee communications, venue management/coordination, audio/video set-up and management as needed, catering and program material preparation
- Act as a trusted advisor/counsellor, offering an additional perspective on key matters
- Note-taking in meetings
- Proactively manage communication, and respond to urgent inquiries from internal / external stakeholders on the executives’ behalf
- Operate with exceptional attention to detail. Anticipate potential changes or shifts in priorities amidst simultaneous demands for attention
- Organize and compile exec presentations
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items as needed
- You must be available to work one or two evenings per week and the occasional weekend.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and understand the demands of a scaling business
- Very high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- A strong team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams, internally and externallyComfortable working under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines, last minute requests, and competing priorities
- Highly responsive, operates with urgency, proactive, and extremely professional with clear, concise communication skills
- Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates resourcefulness and knows how to get to an answer; ability to context switch
- Operate autonomously in a fast paced environment, dynamic environment
- Strong calendar management and prioritization skillsExceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency and fluency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and other Google Suite products as well as key applications such as Google Meet
- This role requires onsite presence in our San Francisco office, 5 days a week

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, in addition to equity benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
