The Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, logistical, and project related support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and discretion.  This individual is required to work on-site in our San Francisco office, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role in a demanding and fast-paced environment, or the willingness to very quickly become world class in this area.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.  
    • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others.
    • Ninja in Google Workspace (Gmail, Cal, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA)
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice. 
    • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10-15% of the time).
    • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
    • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, given the global nature of the company.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $93,600 - $140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
