We are looking for a Sr. Paid Media Strategist to focus on our Socius Brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including but not limited to: search advertising, display advertising and video advertising. In addition to Paid Media campaign management, the Sr. Paid Media Strategist will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, while also serving as a resource to other Strategists on the Paid Media team.

The person in this role will assist the current team by implementing, and providing support on, leading-edge digital marketing strategies, utilizing the latest technologies and ROI tracking tactics. Day-to-day, you'll manage paid media campaigns, as well as complex strategies related to client and company business goals. This is more than just a hands-on keyboard role – Paid Media strategic insight and prowess is key.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

· Create and manage Search campaigns from the ground up; provide insight and strategic input on existing campaigns.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising.

· Conduct or provide guidance on daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals.

· Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms.

· Prepare in-depth analysis and reporting to clients that translates into business information

· Serve as a guide and resource for other Strategists on the team, while also leading other Strategists directly on select accounts (in a non-managerial fashion)

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field.

· Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point is required.

· Proficiency in Google Analytics is a plus.

· Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc) is a plus.

· Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising is a must.

· A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Demonstrates a “big picture” understanding of clients’ marketing strategy beyond the requirements of standard recurring deliverables.

· Manages budgets towards performance goals and proactively proposes solutions to improve CPL/ROI.

· Consistently presents weekly/monthly reporting to clients – Establishing 1:1 relationship with corresponding client contact. Strong communication skills are required.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $90,000-95,000 USD in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
