We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing & Demand Generation Manager - (Contractor) to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition and engagement through targeted email campaigns, webinar programs, and marketing-influenced sales outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation platforms, data-driven marketing strategies, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize acquisition and engagement email campaigns using HubSpot and Iterable. Focus on increasing lead generation, nurturing prospects, and driving conversions for webinars, product demos, and other key initiatives.
  • Webinar Program Management: Plan, execute, and analyze webinar programs, including content creation, promotion, and follow-up strategies to maximize attendee engagement and conversion.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other marketing tools. Utilize intent data and chat tools to improve targeting and personalization of campaigns.
  • Marketing-Influenced Sales Outreach: Collaborate closely with the sales team to apply marketing data to determine outreach timing and prioritization. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and improve future initiatives. Utilize intent data to refine targeting strategies and optimize lead quality.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey through various touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and effective experience from initial contact through conversion.

What You'll Do:

  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • At least 1 year of experience managing email campaigns in Hubspot. Marketo, or similar tool
  • Demonstrate a history of independent problem-solving and creative use of software tools to automate systems. 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with demand gen platforms such as Warmly/ 6Sense. 
  • SQL knowledge

For CA based applicants:

  • The hourly compensation for this position is up to $65 per hour
