Job Description
ServiceNow's Digital Experience and Product team is seeking a talented, self-directed Director, Website Infrastructure and Tools. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of the underlying infrastructure and tools used to build and deliver delightful digital experiences for our global customers. You will lead a team of product managers overseeing content authoring, digital asset management, testing and optimization tools, amongst other marketing technology services. In this key leadership role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic foresight with meticulous execution, thriving in ambiguously defined scenarios. You must have a proven track record of building and scaling website tools and infrastructures, and possess a deep understanding of developing processes, operations, and governance to empower a varied team of marketers in crafting successful digital experiences for customers. Experience with Adobe products (e.g. AEM, Workfront, Adobe Target, etc.) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for website infrastructure, aligning with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
- Lead and expand the Product Management team dedicated to website infrastructure and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of new tools and systems.
- Oversee the lifecycle of website infrastructure products from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and agile product management.
- Analyze market trends and technological advancements to continuously improve and innovate our product offerings.
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple business units to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.
- Develop and manage the budget for website tools and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in website infrastructure or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with executives, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise software, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion.
