Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).

Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Director, Product Portfolio Lead will report to the Senior Director, Product Portfolio Leader in the Strategy Department. This role is responsible for developing a vision and strategy, overseeing the planning, and measures the performance for a product or series of products in the Inspira Financial portfolio. This role additionally ensures alignment with business objectives, drives profitability, and manages the lifecycle of products to maximize value.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Track and report on portfolio-level performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and market share and communicate key portfolio decisions and updates to stakeholders across the organization
  • Conduct portfolio reviews to assess alignment with financial and strategic goals & identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the value of the portfolio
  • Partner with product managers, marketing, sales, and other groups to align individual product strategies with the overall portfolio strategy
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making on resource allocation and trade-offs
  • Ensure go-to-market strategies support portfolio objectives and customer needs
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the product portfolio, including market, operational, and competitive threats
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in in healthcare industry or top tier or boutique consulting industry
  • Bachelors degree in economics, engineering, business or healthcare preferred
  • Experience with HSA, Retirement Recordkeeping, Asset Management or healthcare benefits preferred.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Assess complex markets and competitive environments
  • Analysis and model/forecast revenue and profitability
  • Conduct build/buy/borrow analysis and offer data-driven recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to articulate recommendations and influence change management


Other Requirements:

  • 25% travel to senior leadership meetings, conferences, etc.


Compensation & Benefits
$155,000 to $180,000 per year
