🔦 Overall description
As the Director of Platform Engineering at Lumos, you have broad responsibility to lead and grow our platform engineering teams for both our core infrastructure and services. As a platform product, the platform is critical to the success of the product teams. You’ll lead teams in the areas of core services, data platform, integrations and developer ecosystem. You’ll work closely with both technical cofounders and scale not just the team but the entire engineering organization and company!

- Own and run our Core Services, Data Platform, Integrations Platform and Developer Ecosystem engineering teams. Create and execute on a vision to build world-class systems to support the rest of our engineering organization and our customers. ⭐
- Lead our team of Platform engineers while also hiring and evolving the team as we prepare to scale through our next phase of growth. 🚀
- Grow our entire organization, implementing scalable and reliable engineering best practices and accelerating all other engineering teams. Improve upon the principles of engineering and management at Lumos. 🌱
💰Pay Range
- $245,000 - $300,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
