Are you ready to lead a data-driven transformation in healthcare marketing? As our Director, Marketing Analytics and Operations, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the systems, insights, and analytics that power Natera’s global marketing strategy. You’ll lead our marketing analytics and operations functions while partnering cross-functionally to drive data transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can architect and optimize data flows, and is passionate about transforming marketing with insights, automation, and emerging technologies like AI.

Key Highlights:

Analytics Ownership: Define and lead marketing analytics, attribution models, campaign ROI measurement, and executive-level reporting.

Operational Excellence: Oversee processes and workflows across platforms to ensure scalable, high-quality marketing execution.

Technology Leadership: Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack for data integration, accuracy, and insight generation.

Innovation-Forward: AI experience is a strong plus—help us scale intelligent programs with automation and predictive capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Analytics – Build and own the marketing performance framework, including dashboards, attribution, funnel analysis, and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations – Drive lead flow management, campaign operations, data governance, and process optimization across platforms.
  • Optimize Marketing Technology – Own the integration and performance of Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Motiva, Demandbase, and related tools.
  • Automate Reporting & Insights – Build scalable, automated dashboards and self-service analytics solutions to empower stakeholders.
  • Drive Innovation through AI  – Identify opportunities to pilot marketing AI tools for personalization, scoring, and insight generation.
  • Define and Communicate KPIs – Establish and align on marketing success metrics with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Sales Ops, RevOps, IT, and Data Engineering to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Mentor & Develop Talent – Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts and operations professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related roles
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Demandbase, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong knowledge of funnel analysis, attribution models, and ROI reporting
  • Proven track record of optimizing martech systems and improving data flow


Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, lead scoring, personalization)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or working alongside data engineering teams
  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics industries

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
