About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partner Demand Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Global Demand Generation Programs lead in the conception, launch, execution, promotion, optimization and reporting, of the Cloudflare Partner ecosystem's global demand generation programs.
The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, and the ability to orchestrate many moving parts in a dynamic environment, with a proven track record in maintaining accurate reporting and records.
The candidate must be highly motivated and display an appetite to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of our DG platforms and offerings, and the platforms used to host them.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support and the development and execution of partner campaigns and programs across multiple channels (email, social, webinars, etc.), in collaboration with our Demand Generation team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Field Mktg, Partner Sales, Design, MarTech, Product Mktg...) and assist in driving activation of campaigns, programs and activities to drive adoption internally and with partners.
  • Generate effective reports to track partner activation, performance, and analyse program results to uncover actionable insights that drive optimization.
  • Document processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage joint partner webinars development and implementation.
  • Track and facilitate partner onboarding to programs via third-party platforms.
  • Develop How-To guides that clearly articulate programs available and the steps necessary to execute them.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of processes and initiatives in support of an evolving partner marketing organization.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing operations, partner marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including overseeing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and proficiency in reporting platforms (such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Tableau,...).
  • Good understanding of different partner types and their routes to revenue.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (webinars, email, social, content syndication...).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members around the world in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.


Bonus points

  • Familiarity with channel marketing technology and platforms, including ZiftOne (Unifyr), Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), and partner portals.
  • Familiarity with webcast management platforms, such as Goldcast, ON24...
  • Prior demand generation experience in a high growth company in the SaaS, security, or network space.


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $92,000 - $112,000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $95,000 - $116,000.
