Standard Metrics is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketer to create and execute multi-channel initiatives to help drive demand and expand our customer base. You’ll leverage your skills to engage potential customers, retain existing customers, and enhance our market position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, including the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns
  • Experiment and execute on new channel strategies (webinars, organic social, and digital and event sponsorships)
  • Develop and manage detailed reporting for traffic, pipeline, revenue, spend, and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive data analysis and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
  • Manage relationships with related vendors/agencies (digital, social, marketing automation), and review/evaluate agency performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of demand gen and/or digital marketing experience at a growing B2B SaaS startup
  • Extensive experience in email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Enthusiasm for experimentation and operating in a lean and scrappy manner as we scale our business
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Experience working with startups and/or VCs a plus

For our employees, located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $135,000-$175,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
