About Ditto:

Ditto is on a mission to unleash the full power of edge devices by removing all the plumbing required to build amazing applications. We bridge the digital divide by enabling real-time data synchronization—even when internet connectivity is limited or non-existent. Our peer-to-peer technology is trusted by major customers like Chick-fil-A and Delta Airlines, and we also work closely with the U.S. military on mission-critical connectivity solutions. As a fast-growing startup poised for a future IPO, our team is globally distributed, and our core values are trust, communication, and continuous improvement. We celebrate diversity and strive to create a team that encompasses a wide range of backgrounds, skill sets, and perspectives.

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and a background in early-stage startups to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted demand generation strategies that align with our ABM framework, driving high-quality leads and contributing directly to our sales pipeline.

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will:

  • Develop & Execute Demand Generation Programs: Build and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content, social, and events) with a focus on ABM to engage target accounts.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Lead the development and execution of ABM programs, tailoring marketing efforts to specific high-value accounts and industries, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Sales Partnership & Alignment: Work closely with the sales and product marketing teams to define target accounts, develop personalized strategies, and ensure full alignment in messaging and execution.
  • Content Personalization: Collaborate with the content team to produce tailored materials for various account segments, enhancing engagement through personalized content for specific accounts.
  • Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline influence. Continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness using insights from marketing automation and CRM tools (such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Leverage Data: Use data and insights to segment audiences, enhance campaign precision, and optimize performance through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimize the demand generation budget to maximize ROI while efficiently scaling campaigns.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, including at least 2+ years in ABM roles within B2B software companies.
  • Must have experience working with early-stage startups (Series A, Series B) and demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs from scratch.
  • Expertise in managing marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) to drive successful campaigns.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams and contributing directly to pipeline growth through ABM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign performance data and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • A deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle and experience in running demand generation programs that resonate with C-suite executives.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
  • Background in high-growth enterprise software companies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with scaling paid media and digital campaigns targeting enterprise buyers on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage

  • Flexible spending account (FSA)

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • 401(k) plan

  • Office located in Atlanta, GA. Available for team member use.
