Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for a standout Marketing Campaign Manager to help drive the success and growth of our Americas Marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing and other functions, as well as manage external vendor relationships, to effectively create, execute and measure integrated campaigns. The individual filling this role will have strong expertise in and a passion for building and executing amazing campaigns along with excellent project management skills.

  • Execute demand/lead generation campaign programs that span across marketing vehicles including but not limited to digital marketing (including paid and owned media), email programs, webinars and events.
  • Proactively contribute to creation of quarterly campaign plans aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Project manage regional program creation such as events in a box, seminar kits and occasionally content mapped to buyer's journey to be used in demand generation efforts and by regional field marketing teams to execute in region.
  • Drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including website, events, social, paid media, communications, operations and more.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, content providers and 3rd party vendors to execute and monitor marketing program performance.
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting.
  • Manage a cadence of reporting, and monitor program performance.
  • Contribute to proactive management of annual budget and spend cadence.
  • Own and manage select cross-functional administrative initiatives to drive cross team efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in B2B marketing or campaign program management.
  • Solid ability to execute integrated campaigns, programs and events.
  • Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in new ideas and best practices.
  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably Tableau.
  • An enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, preferably Eloqua or Marketo; hands on experience not required.
  • Self-starter with high energy, "can do" personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
