About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to assist in identifying and compiling lists of content creators who livestream on platforms outside of Twitch. This 3-month internship will provide you with hands-on experience in research, data collection, and market analysis within the growing field of livestream content creation. You’ll work closely with our team to explore and map out emerging livestream platforms, trends, and influencers.

You Will:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify creators who livestream on platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Gaming, Instagram Live, X, TikTok, Kick, Trovo, and other emerging or niche live streaming platforms.
  • Analyze and categorize creators based on niche (e.g., gaming, music, art, education, fitness, etc.), follower count, engagement metrics, and region.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date databases or spreadsheets with relevant information including contact details, platform links, and content summaries.
  • Monitor trends in live streaming, such as new platforms, popular categories, and shifts in audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to report insights and present findings.
  • Assist in outreach efforts when needed to connect with creators for potential partnerships or collaborations.

You Have:

  • Currently pursuing  a degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum grad year Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Passionate about the digital content creation space, especially live streaming.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and trends in content creation.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of livestream analytics tools or experience with social media monitoring platforms.
  • Experience with content creation or live streaming, either as a viewer or creator.
  • Fluency in another language, ideally Spanish

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.88/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $57.50/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
