Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in delivering and leading efforts in the following areas:
- Leading solutions for Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations including integration with upstream/downstream related enterprise systems (e.g. Ariba, Salesforce, SAP etc.);
- Designing customizations on top of SaaS platforms, specifically CLM solutions such as Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Docusign or Ariba, leveraging hooks, APIs, or other integration patterns;
- Understanding CLM solution features, functionality and benefits to assist clients with vendor selection and implementation of CLM solutions;
- Assessing requirements, providing recommendations on alternate solutions and building prototypes for client demonstrations;
- Developing solution architecture for integrations between CLM and related systems such as CRM (Salesforce, etc.), ERP (SAP, etc.), and other integration needs (e.g. SSO, e-signature, etc.);
- Demonstrating knowledge and success in full implementation projects dealing with technical solution design and development with one or more CLM Platforms, such as: Icertis, Agiloft Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Docusign, Ariba, etc.;
- Validating and training AI machine learning models with annotated training sets in tuning accuracy of the AI models for CLM use cases;
- Demonstrating knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads and considerations on Azure;
- Demonstrating knowledge of Azure Blob storage, Azure Service Bus and Azure Key Vault cryptography;
- Designing solutions for custom applications using the Microsoft .NET framework on SaaS based CLM solutions, such as Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Docusign, Ariba, etc.;
- Designing the integration of SaaS solutions with other systems such as Salesforce, SAP, etc.;
- Demonstrating knowledge and success in the integration of CLM solutions such as Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Docusign or Ariba, with other related systems utilizing REST APIs, Azure Service Bus or SFTP;
- Working experience with ReactJS for building interactive user interfaces and client-side hooks on SaaS CLM solutions;
- Designing and building applications that authenticate to IdPs via OAuth/SAML/WS-Federation protocols;
- Understanding of ElasticSearch, Redis Cache, Kibana Logs, Azure AppInsights etc.;
- Working with Agile development methodologies and product tracking solutions such as Version Control Systems (e.g. Github), Issue Management Systems (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.);
- Demonstrating experience with Agile development frameworks, having lead to completion projects that involved Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support;
- Leading and development of proposal content and technical solution questions in response to RFPs;
- Working with the leadership teams and peers across pursuits, pre-sales activities, and delivery of engagements; and,
- Working in an onshore-offshore environment and in coordinating activities across time zones.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
