Compliance Analyst 

As a Member of our Legal compliance group, you will perform testing activities to assess the design and effectiveness of various global compliance risks and controls and identify potential control gaps for remediation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform gap assessments of existing global compliance policies, processes, and controls, identifying and documenting deficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct design and operating effectiveness testing to assess compliance controls in accordance with established testing plans and procedures. In collaboration with various stakeholder groups?
  • Document testing results, observations, and recommendations with clear and concise detail to support conclusions and recommendations.
  • Help prepare reports summarizing test results, findings, and resolution plans for review by leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of remediation activities and track status to ensure timely resolution of identified findings, communicating all findings with leadership.
  • Support the development and enhancement of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of Denied Party Screening to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, specifically covering prohibited relationship reviews and other compliance risks as needed.
  • Support the design and improvement of global compliance monitoring programs.
  • Monitor the compliance landscape and research potential compliance issues that could affect the company. 
  • Participate in long-term projects dedicated to maintaining the company's high compliance standards in line with evolving regulations.
  • Stay current on applicable US federal and state regulatory compliance updates and foreign compliance changes to regulations that can affect the company.
  • Support the development of formal compliance monitoring and testing policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Privacy and AI Teams with various tasks, such as maintaining records of processing activities, data processing inventory, metrics reports, and Privacy policies, procedures, requirements, and notices.
  • Help develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based training in compliance areas, including Privacy and AI.
  • Manage external-facing Privacy and AI inboxes and help answer customer inquiries and questionnaires regarding compliance programs, such as security and AI.  

Communication and Influence skills are critical to this role:

  • Experience in writing crisp, clear, accurate reports to summarize issues identified.
  • Communicate and work effectively with diverse teams, listen actively and incorporate others’ perspectives, and have a track record of successful teamwork.
  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team managers, cross-functional partners, and external partners.
  • Easy to approach and builds appropriate rapport.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, such as knowledge of testing life cycles and methodologies and performing gap assessments of existing compliance policies, processes, and controls to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Public company experience
  • 3+ years of previous experience or coursework in compliance, risk management, internal audits, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard compliance tools such as governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to Federal Contracts
  • Expertise in auditing/testing Code of Conduct, Anti-bribery, and FCPA programs.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to articulate views and approaches both verbally and in writing, concisely and persuasively.
  • Ability to present to and respond effectively to multiple internal stakeholders at various levels of leadership.
  • Curiosity, a desire to learn in various areas, a strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives.
  • The ability to be flexible and pivot fast in an ever-changing environment.


The base salary range for this position is 100,000 - 156,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
