The  GTM Ops, Strategy, Field Readiness, and Sales Development team at Asana enables growth, efficiency, and performance at scale through the strategic management of revenue operations, systems, strategy + analytics, and enablement. This team encompasses six key areas: Revenue Operations Leadership, Systems & Process Management, Analytics + Insights, Performance Optimization, Enablement + Training, as well as Sales Development-- all focused on driving operational excellence and maximizing sales productivity across the organization.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

  • Work cross functionally to design, build requirements and improve overall channel ‘lead to cash’ business processes.
  • Partner with the internal Enterprise Technology team to help design new and improve current workflows and automation within our internal systems.
  • Design and improve overall partner experience with the partner program and leadership team.
  • Improve and operationalize partner program.
  • Monitor compliance of the internal rules of engagement on Partner involved business.
  • Design and create operational excellence through best practice sharing and process adoption across revenue org.
  • Operate as an agent of change, driving timely and effective communication to all cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Make data driven recommendations to help improve productivity and performance, and provide actionable insights into the business.
  • Work with Partner Leadership to manage a weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence to efficiently manage and assess the business (quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, etc).
  • Manage run the business activities with Channel Operations team.

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations consulting or similar roles within a SaaS enterprise environment with a focus on channel.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and act as a trust advisor to leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex projects end to end; from inception to design to execution to impact.
  • Strong analytical, process and data driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; including the ability to simplify complex ideas and systems.
  • Ownership mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and find creative solution to ambiguous challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge in the following applications: Clari, SFDC, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 185,000.00 - 235,000.00 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
