About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator reporting to our Manager of Talent Acquisition on our People team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about enhancing the recruiting process through exceptional communication skills, providing logistical support for scheduling, and advising on strategies to improve the candidate experience.

What you'll do

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and manage all candidate interviews, ensuring timely scheduling.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy and organization of candidate information and recruiting data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring an optimal time to hire is maintained.
  • Candidate Experience: Create a positive and engaging experience for candidates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to support their needs and priorities in the recruitment process.


What you'll bring

  • Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience, ideally in a recruiting or administrative/professional services setting. Experience with an ATS preferred.
  • Project Management: Some experience managing projects or coordinating tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, polished, professional, and engaging written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams.


Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

Base Pay Range
$63,000 - $88,000 USD
