To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a BDR Enablement Segment Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. Our ideal candidate is an action-oriented, innovative, and seasoned sales enablement expert who can effectively collaborate with our team, cross-functional partners, and Sales leaders. This person will be responsible for the comprehensive enablement of our global Business Development teams, including Reps and Managers. This role requires a grassroots approach involving developing, constructing, and administrating scalable programs. 

This position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

As the BDR Enablement Segment Manager, your role will involve using your innovative mindset to drive organizational change. You will play a crucial part in shaping sales training, assets, and programs that contribute to the success of learning initiatives. Your focus will be creating bespoke programs supporting a rapidly expanding B2B enterprise. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Onboarding team, driving the BDR-specific onboarding experience and assessing the learning and development needs or changes within the onboarding process.
  • Partner with BDR-specific roles such as Chat, Sales Assist, Inbound and Outbound BDRs, and their respective front-line managers to identify team-specific gaps and ongoing enablement needs.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to design and evaluate scalable Sales Enablement programs that improve top-of-funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to effectively support training initiatives that impact your key stakeholders and drive business impact.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the adoption and retention of best practices, methodologies, tools, and content through certifications and accreditations.
  • Create a culture of coaching, leveraging technology insights to streamline effectiveness and support sales and business growth. 
  • Consistently track and incorporate feedback to ensure engaging, interactive training experiences that meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Can collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based.
  • Has 2+ years of quota-carrying role as an AE or BDR (top performer a plus).
  • Has 2+ years of B2B SaaS Enablement Experience.
  • Can simplify complex concepts and make them engaging.
  • Adjusts strategies, structures, and programs using a metrics-driven approach linked to the desired learning outcomes.
  • Has experience designing and implementing coaching programs that are scalable and repeatable for individual contributors and teams. 
  • Has expertise in SaaS technology stacks and can optimize workflows and offer valuable insights for improved performance and revenue growth.
  • Is a skilled Sales coach with 1:1 and 1:Many training experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Has designed effective coaching programs and up-leveled coaching culture.
  • Knows adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models.
  • Can create benchmarks and standards for measuring behaviors and performance.
  • Is located in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States: 

Zone 1: $110,000 - $137,000/year (USD)

Zone 2: $99,000 - $123,000/year (USD)
