Wipfli is seeking an Audit Manager - Gaming. Under the direction of the Performance Coach, the Audit Manager - Gaming is the primary point of contact for clients, and oversees the accurate and timely execution of audits, Minimum Internal Control Agreed Upon Procedures, Title 31/AML Assessments, reviews and compilations, reviews engagement files and financial statements and communicates results to client and firm associates, ensures the firm is proactively identifying and serving the clients needs, and motivates and supervises the performance of staff and senior accountants, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The individual may work remotely from anywhere in the United States. However, the individual will report to our Great Falls, Montana office. The individual will travel occasionally for client meetings in the United States.
A qualified applicant must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive Auditing experience. As part of the 5 years of progressive Auditing experience, the individual must have:

  • 5 years of experience performing Information Technology audits;
  • 3 years of experience performing and supervising casino compliance audits;
  • 3 years of experience performing agreed upon procedures to assist in complying with the National Indian Gaming Commission minimum internal control standards for tribal casinos;
  • 3 years of experience performing compliance audits for tribal governments and entities; and
  • 2 years of experience performing and supervising Title 31/Anti-money laundering audits for Tribal Casinos including external Independent Testing of the BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) Compliance Program.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $107,700 - $161,500. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
