As a Software Engineer, UI at Tecton, you will be responsible for building intuitive and scalable user interfaces to empower customers in managing and monitoring their machine learning workflows effectively. Own the complete lifecycle of Tecton’s cloud infrastructure development, engage with engineering teams to accelerate efficiency, develop and maintain monitoring tools, build and manage CI/CD system, participate in on-call rotation.

The Workplace Experience Manager at Tecton is responsible for maintaining a welcoming office environment, managing office supplies and vendors, organizing events, and supporting various administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead technical strategy, tailor customer presentations, identify blockers, nurture relationships, and drive product feedback. Requires 4+ years of technical sales or consulting experience with deep technical understanding of data and ML tooling. Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL, hands-on experience with AWS, and familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake.
