This role involves defining the Software Release Management process, integrating cutting-edge modules into the system, working cross-functionally with different teams, automating release analysis, and managing technical risks.

Looking for a Senior Autonomy Integration Engineer - Release to work cross-functionally within Autonomy and the entire organization to ensure safe and efficient release of autonomous robo-taxi fleets.

You will enable the development and commercialization of Motional’s self-driving technology as a critical member of the IT team. Your role will involve writing, editing, and maintaining comprehensive standards, policies, and procedure documents for the IT and cybersecurity teams. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop guidance and change management documents, and translate complex technical topics into clear and concise content for non-technical audience.

Work on the perception and prediction team to develop ML solutions for self-driving vehicles. Prototype, evaluate, and implement solutions using state-of-the-art algorithms and systems. Collaborate with team members and mentor junior engineers.

Develop clean and extensible C++ software for autonomous driving systems and optimize GPU resources.

The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the motion planning & controls team, writing robust software for autonomous vehicles. They will be responsible for building routes, navigating traffic, and optimizing safety & comfort.

Evaluate and enhance onboard infrastructure software for self-driving vehicles. Design safety measures, develop robust software, and perform specialized tests. Collaborate with software teams and safety team.
