They will champion inclusion practices, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, create programs for underrepresented groups, and support leaders in achieving engagement goals within a diverse culture.

The GTM Enablement Lead will develop and execute go-to-market readiness plans, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance sales team effectiveness through training, development programs, and performance measurement. They will utilize analytics to drive performance outcomes and report on enablement activities.

The Procurement Transformation Lead will drive technological evolution in Dropbox’s procurement processes, focusing on automation and strategic partnerships with stakeholders and industry experts. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, adopting next-gen solutions, and fostering cross-functional collaborations to enhance procurement’s business value and efficiency.
