The Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Contracts will be responsible for providing commercial and contract advice to business units and functions across the enterprise. They will negotiate and finalize commercial contracts, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and minimize risks for the company. This position reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel.
