Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, monthly close process, balance sheet account reconciliations, and team development. Collaborate with key finance partners, lead external audit, and ensure SOX 404 compliance. Responsible for maintaining chart of accounts, system mapping, US GAAP reporting, and international subsidiary reporting. Handle ad-hoc projects and build internal control environment. Hybrid position with periodic in-office meetings at Redwood City HQ.
